FINANCES SHOULD NEVER PREVENT A STUDENT FROM ATTENDING KING’S COLLEGE. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS IS TOO OFTEN THE CASE, PARTICULARLY FOR THE STUDENTS WHO NEED KING’S MOST.

THE COST OF HIGHER EDUCATION IS RISING, and for colleges like King’s—those that place a premium on mentoring, advising, and personal attention—simply cutting costs is not the solution.

Philanthropy is the key to our continued effort to balance affordability with access to a high-quality experience.

Our student success-centered model of education is the ideal environment for hard-working students who show great potential, but whose financial situation will make choosing any college a challenge. Our students are those you want to root for, the ones you want to invest in, the ones who make all of us proud to be Monarchs.

NO STUDENT SHOULD HAVE TO TURN AWAY FROM KING’S FOR FINANCIAL REASONS. WE MUST GIVE EVERY STUDENT THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN AND GET INVOLVED BEYOND THE CLASSROOM.

TUITION SCHOLARSHIPS
We must expand the number and size of scholarships available to all new and current King’s students. Financial aid makes it possible for students to say yes when admitted to King’s and to stay here until they complete their degree.

EXPERIENTIAL SCHOLARSHIPS
Gift funding is the key to ensuring that every student can take advantage of the high-impact experiences and opportunities that are essential to a King’s education such as service trips, study abroad, internships, and research opportunities.

THE PRESIDENTIAL HOPE FUND
Financial challenges put too many King’s students at risk for not continuing or completing their education. The Presidential Hope Fund has become a lifeline for students who need us most, helping them get through the semester, get through the year, and get through graduation.
